Chef Todd Griffith is a talented chef, anxious to accommodate and please his clients. He listens, suggests and questions to ensure he is capturing what his clients want for their meals or event. He is attentive to detail, and does a great job of leaving the kitchen the same way he found it. I highly recommend him for your next gathering.

“...Our evening began with a tour of the elegant home, followed by a 6-course dinner prepared by Chef Todd Griffith. The menu featured exquisite dishes such as “The Greeting”, a pickled oyster with cucumber mignonette, caviar and dill. “The Amuse Bouche”, a seared scallop with black olive caramel, peperonata and fennel. “The Soup”, sopa de ajo, with cream, herb oil and crispy garlic. “The Salad”, tomato crudo with beet and chile puree, pepitas, queso fresco, hibiscus vinegar and mint. “The Entree”, spice rubbed tri tip with butter braised potato, chermoula sauce, baby broccoli and bordelaise. “The Dessert”, honey pot-de-creme with mint infused cream, raspberry and a lace cookie. Chef Todd Griffith’s culinary skills and attention to detail made for an unforgettable evening.”

“I wish I could give 10 stars out of 5! I wanted to do something fun and unique for my bachelorette party, and dinner was the highlight of everyone’s trip! Chef Todd curated a fantastic menu that celebrated the tastes of the southwest with perfect wine pairings. Todd arrived at our Airbnb exactly when expected and brought all of the necessary materials and ingredients, which was such a relief to not have to worry about what the Airbnb did or didn’t have stocked. Todd was so kind and hospitable, the service and timing of everything was paced just right. My girls and I felt so at ease to share hilarious stories that had us rolling with laughter, and I’m sure Todd got a kick out of it! To have a 5-star dining experience at “home”, in a relaxed atmosphere, was an absolutely amazing experience that I couldn’t recommend more to anyone!

”I wanted something to surprise my husband on his birthday, so I arranged a dinner party for 13 close friends. What an evening! Chef Todd was prompt, accomodating, polite, efficient and attentive. I’ve eaten at restaurants around the world and never enjoyed better cuisine! And he cleans up before he leaves. The food was divine, the service impeccable and everyone loved the experience. Book him! You’ll be glad you did!”
